We are pleased to share with you a pathbreaking survey on Work-Life Balance and Work-Family Conflict in the Indian banking sector, jointly conducted by the All India Bank Officers’ Confederation (Kerala) in collaboration with IIM Ranchi and FISAT Business School.

This research initiative is being led by renowned academicians Dr. Rajashekhar David (IIM Ranchi) and Dr. Elizabeth George (FISAT). The survey is scientifically designed to capture real-time insights on stress, work-life balance, and effort vs reward experienced by banking personnel.

This is the first-of-its-kind research, by a trade union, open to all employees (including Clerical, Officers, Executives) in the banking sector—not just officers.
