Bidding farewell Shri C.M. Minocha ji and best wishes to Shri Suresh Teli ji Dear Comrades,
On behalf of our members, we had the honour of meeting Shri C.M. Minocha ji, our esteemed Chief General Manager (HR), to extend our heartfelt farewell as he embarks upon his well-earned retirement.
Shri Minocha ji, a stalwart in the banking industry, is retiring after an illustrious journey that began in September 1986, spanning over 38 years of dedicated service. A seasoned banker with a wealth of experience gained across diverse geographies, he has always been the embodiment of integrity, compassion, and wisdom.
Throughout his remarkable career, Shri Minocha ji has been a guiding light for countless officers. He firmly believed in handholding over harshness, and support over suppression—a rare quality that endeared him to all who worked with him. His empathetic approach, ethical values, and unwavering commitment to officer welfare have left an indelible mark on the institution and its people.
Com. Anand Bhukebag (UBOA Karnataka), Com. D.S. Gaikwad (UBOA Maharashtra), Com. Deepak Nair (UBOA Madhya Pradesh), Com. Alok Paul (UBOA Mumbai), along with the undersigned, had the privilege of personally conveying our best wishes and deep gratitude.
As we bid farewell to Shri Minocha ji, we also extend our heartiest congratulations to Shri Suresh Teli ji, who assumes charge as CGM (HR) from 1st August. A seasoned field officer and a compassionate leader, Shri Teli ji is known for his grounded approach and deep understanding of officers’ concerns. His appointment comes at a crucial time, and we are confident that under his leadership, the HR department will continue to uphold the values of empathy, fairness, and inclusivity.
We wish Shri C.M. Minocha ji a fulfilling and joyous retired life, and Shri Suresh Teli ji a successful and impactful tenure ahead.
