We had the privilege of meeting Shri Suresh Teli, our newly appointed Chief General Manager – HR, to extend our greetings and welcome him to this coveted position.

Along with the undersigned Com. Anand Bhukebag (President, UBOA Karnataka), Com. D.S. Gaikwad (General Secretary, UBOA Maharashtra), Com. Deepak Nair (General Secretary, UBOA Madhya Pradesh), Com. Pushpendra Singh Nathawat (General Secretary, UBOA Rajasthan), and Com. Alok Paul (Chairman, UBOA Mumbai) also conveyed the greetings & regards.

We conveyed our best wishes for a successful tenure and emphasized that his integrity, empathy, and commitment will greatly benefit both the Bank and the officers’ fraternity.

During the meeting, we also apprised him of various concerns faced by officers in the field. He listened to our representations with patience and understanding. In particular, we stressed upon the need for fairness and transparency in transfer proceedings.

Shri Teli sir assured us of a considerate approach, and we are confident that he will address the genuine concerns of the field.
