Kind attention: Affiliate leaders & comrades

We have already submitted a representation to the authorities requesting that 30th September 2025 (Mahashtami/Mahanavami) be declared a holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act, and the matter is under active consideration of the State Government.

However, it has come to our notice that a few banks are raising objections, citing quarterly closing, and are pressing the SLBC to record the same, thereby preventing the holiday.

We urge all affiliates to keep their management informed of the developments and press upon them not to raise objections. Collective effort is essential to ensure success.
