Monthly Target decreased from 2 Cr to 75 lacs

Dear Comrades and Colleagues,

Several concerns raised by our RDO comrades through representations were taken up seriously and discussed in detail with the ABD Department.

As assured earlier, the ABD Department conducted a survey to understand the core issues, and based on those findings, meaningful discussions for resolution were held.

We are pleased to share a significant and positive development:

👉 The major concern regarding unrealistic targets has now been resolved.
👉 Monthly RDO target has been reduced from ₹2 Crores to ₹75 Lakhs.

This humane and empathetic decision by the management reflects their genuine understanding of the challenges faced by RDOs. We are confident that other issues—including conversion of specialist officers—will also be pursued with the same determination.
