Thank you…!!!! for the overwhelming and heartfelt response to Union Pragati – The Pursuit of Knowledge. Our learning community has now grown to nearly 2,000 officers, and we continue to receive a steady stream of requests from colleagues eager to be part of this enriching journey.

To nurture this momentum and to reinforce our culture of continuous learning—learning, unlearning and relearning—we are committed to sustaining the community through intermittent knowledge programs, deep-dive explorations, and focused brainstorming sessions. These initiatives will centre around bank policies, products, and emerging practices, enabling every Unitnite to actively contribute to the Bank’s developmental journey and collective growth.

As part of this endeavour, we have scheduled a Deep Dive Session on the Loan Policy of our Bank on the evening of 28th. November. Officers who wish to understand the nuances and complete framework of the Loan Policy are warmly encouraged to participate.
