To support officers in promotion exams, interviews and everyday professional duties, we are launching Deep Dive Knowledge Sessions on key bank policies and products. These sessions will not only strengthen conceptual understanding but will also equip officers to avoid procedural lapses, safeguard themselves from disciplinary challenges, and contribute more confidently to the bank’s progress.
