Team Union PRAGATI has been successfully conducting promotion training programmes and policy-related classes for the benefit of our members.

As the Bank is now gearing up to conduct interviews for promotion to various higher scales, Team Union PRAGATI is organizing an Interview Preparation Training Session on 05/01/2026 (Monday) from 07:00 PM to 08:30 PM.

The session will be handled by experienced and trained executives, who will guide officers on effective interview preparation, approach, and best practices.

Subsequently, additional sessions will be conducted, including mock interviews by senior officers, with special emphasis on confidence building, clarity in responses, and overall interview readiness.
