This is to bring clarity regarding the Transfer portal currently opened in Union Parivar

✅ The portals are presently open only for Inter-Zone and Inter-Region Request Transfers. These are meant exclusively for officers who are seeking a transfer on their own request, i.e., those who wish to move from their present zone to a preferred zone.

❌ The option for indicating zone preferences under Longer Tenure (Lateral) Transfers is not being collected through these portals at this stage.

Please note that a separate portal for Lateral (Longer Tenure) Transfers will be opened in due course. Detailed SOPs/instructions for the same will be issued by the Management.

Officers are advised to wait for the Longer Tenure portal, which will include provisions for exemption as well as options to indicate zone preferences.

⚠️ Those who do not intend to move out of their present zone on their own request are advised not to apply in the current Request Transfer portal.
