Dear Comrades,

On 18th April 2026, every officer shall wear a BLACK RIBBON while on duty, a visible mark of our unity, resolve, and collective protest.

This is not symbolic, rather it is a clear message:
• We demand implementation of Five-Day Banking, a long-pending, rightful commitment.
• We oppose the divisive DFS-imposed PLI, which threatens unity and collective strength. 

Let us remember, this movement is a disciplined and united expression of resistance, not disruption.
