We are pleased to announce PRAGATI, this year’s exclusive online training program for Union Bank of India’s promotion aspirants. Symbolising growth and collective progress, PRAGATI aims to equip officers with the knowledge and confidence needed to advance in their careers.

The program will be inaugurated by Shri Suresh Chandra Teli, Chief General Manager (HR), on 23rd November 2025.

Training will be held on 23rd November and 30th November, followed by a Mock Test on 5th December—a first-of-its-kind initiative by any officers’ union. The sessions are organised in collaboration with the Institute of Banking Studies (IBS) and include 12 hours of expert guidance from nationally acclaimed faculty.

We invite all officers from Scale I to VII to join this powerful learning opportunity.
