Dear Comrades,

We are receiving queries from several officers whose request transfers are not considered.

In this regard, it is clarified that the Central Office has just initiated the Annual Transfer Exercise and, as of now, has released orders primarily in Spouse and Compassionate Ground cases.

This is to clarify that

➡️ The transfer process is ongoing and further orders will continue to be issued.

Please note the following:

• A comprehensive assessment can be made only after completion of the entire transfer exercise by Central Office HR.
• Post completion, we will segregate and scrutinize all cases where transfers have not been issued.
• Any genuine and eligible cases not considered as per the Transfer Policy will be taken up and represented appropriately.

We request all officer comrades to kindly bear with the process and avoid premature conclusions at this stage.
