This is a general clarification from UBOAKS / AIBOC regarding the opening of branches on 3rd August.

Which branches are to be opened?

The decision regarding which branches are to be opened rests solely with the Zonal/Regional Offices. As per the communication from the management, required branches to disburse PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme are to remain open. Please wait for formal instructions from your respective Zonal/Regional Offices.

• In the absence of any specific direction from the Zonal/Regional Office, your branch need not be opened.

Who should report for duty?

It will be decided by the Zonal/Regional Management the number of Officers / Award staff need to be present, depending on operational requirements such as cash handling and disbursal. Only those instructed to attend should report, and management will ensure compensatory off for the staff attending duty.

What if compensatory off is denied?

Compensatory off will not be denied till 30th August for those working on 3rd August. In case of any such denial or issues, we are there & we will be there..!!

Hence, we request all comrades to wait for official communication from the Zonal/Regional Office
