Dear Comrade RDOs,

We have been receiving queries regarding the status of the issues represented to the ABD Department subsequent to the feedback collected by GM (ABD).

In this regard, the undersigned had a follow-up discussion with GM (ABD). It is understood that the concerns raised have been consolidated and examined. Based on this review, the ABD Department has acknowledged that the monthly target of ₹2 crore per RDO needs to be rationalised, and hence a considerable reduction is being implemented.

This revision is intended to provide RDOs with adequate space to focus on quality documentation and proposal standards, while also managing other responsibilities such as KRAs. The revised targets will reflect in EKAM shortly, as the necessary process is underway.

Regarding other points highlighted in our representation, ABD has informed that some time will be required for their resolution and assured that all possible support and guidance to RDOs will continue.
