Dear Comrades,

This is to inform you that transfer orders in Spouse and Compassionate Ground cases, which were found eligible as per the Transfer Policy, have now been issued.

As per the recent policy modification, these postings have been directly released to the respective Regions, in line with the provision that such cases are to be placed at the regional level.

⚠️ Important: Officer comrades whose Spouse/Compassionate Ground cases are eligible but have not been considered are requested to inform Com. Vishnu WhatsApp No 94972 76375, so that the matter can be taken up appropriately.

Further, with regard to the Lateral / Longer Tenure Portal, many comrades had requested an extension due to holidays on the 14th and 15th in several regions. The Central Office has considered our request and confirmed that:

➡️ The portal has been extended till today – 16th April 2026 (FINAL DATE).

All concerned comrades are advised to utilise this opportunity without fail.

Additionally, officers who have not yet obtained the DMO/CMO certificate may proceed to apply by submitting:
• Hospital treatment certificate, or
• Relevant medical records

The DMO/CMO certificate can be submitted later upon receipt.

All are requested to take note and act within the stipulated timeline.
