Dear Comrades,

It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that while applying for request transfers under Ernakulam Zone, certain regions were not appearing in the preference list. Specifically, when selecting Ernakulam Zone as the first preference, Trivandrum and Thrissur Regions were missing.

The matter was immediately taken up with the Central Office, and we are pleased to inform that the issue has now been resolved.

All concerned officers are advised to:

• Revisit the Transfer Request Module
• Verify the availability of all regions
• Reapply with correct preferred regions, if required
• Ensure final submission of the application

Please treat this as important and act accordingly.
