Without this data, we will not be able to analyse cases requiring policy interpretation and represent them — as has been consistently done over the past 5 years.

- First submit your request in Union Parivar Portal or else management will not consider your request at all.
- Then fill this data collection portal
🚨 Special Note:
If you have missed the cut-off in Union Parivar (not able to apply) but believe you are eligible, still fill this portal.
👉 Such cases will be analysed and taken up with management for re-consideration.
