It is with an extremely heavy heart that we share the tragic news of the passing of our dear colleague Justice Gogar, Branch Manager, Tadipatri Branch. The police informed that a suicide note was found. Justice was recently transferred from Jalandhar to Anantapur District in Andhra Pradesh.

He was not just an officer — he was a committed trade unionist, the ex Vice President of UBOA Punjab Unit, and someone who worked very closely with me. His dedication, sincerity, and warmth touched everyone around him.

This heartbreaking news has left us shattered and deeply pained.
