Dear Comrade RDOs,

I am in receipt of a detailed representation signed by our RDO comrades highlighting various issues — primarily regarding targets, KRA weightages, conflicting metrics, and several other operational concerns.

In this regard, the undersigned had a detailed and threadbare discussion with the General Manager, ABD Vertical. While the issue of targets has already been taken up and is expected to be resolved shortly, matters related to KRAs and other associated concerns require deliberation and consent from higher authorities and relevant verticals.

As part of the GM (ABD)’s initiative for a structured resolution, a feedback form will soon be circulated. All RDOs are requested to fill it sincerely, ensuring that every issue is properly and adequately represented.

The GM (ABD) has assured that all inputs will be recorded, analysed, and, in consultation with the top management, necessary steps will be taken to address the concerns to the extent possible.
