In line with the organisational call of UFBU and AIBOC amidst the ongoing industrial unrest arising out of the divisive PLI move pursued by DFS, officers across the country have been called upon to exit all official WhatsApp groups.

Under the banner of UBOAKS / AIBOC, we had already taken this principled stand in December 2024. Even today, we continue with 100% achievement, no official WhatsApp groups, while fully discharging all our official responsibilities with commitment and discipline.

This is our alternative, a balanced, dignified approach that safeguards work-life parity without compromising on our work & professional standards.

We wholeheartedly congratulate all our officer comrades for their unity, resolve, and trust in the Association & Leadership. This collective strength is our greatest asset.
