It is hereby informed that, as per IC No. 102047-2026 dated 06.04.2026, the facility for submission of posting preferences has been enabled on Union Parivar for officers promoted from MMGS II to MMGS III (General Banking) and from JMGS I to MMGS II (General Banking & Specialist Officer – RDO).

The preference submission window shall remain open up to 08.04.2026. All eligible officers are advised to carefully go through the aforesaid circular for detailed guidelines, conditions, and procedural aspects governing the exercise.

Officers promoted under the Fast Track are required to mandatorily submit their posting preferences. Further, officers who have not completed three years in their present Zone as on 30.06.2026 are not required to exercise options, as they will not ordinarily be considered for inter-zonal transfer.

Officers are advised to submit their preferences within the stipulated timeline. Non-submission within the prescribed period shall be treated as non-exercise of option, and postings may be effected at the discretion of the competent authority.
