We are delighted to unveil PRAGATI—this year’s exclusive Online Training Program designed to empower the promotion aspirants of Union Bank of India. Pragati symbolises growth, upward movement, and the collective progress of our officers—and through them, the progress of our beloved bank.

The program will be inaugurated by Shri Suresh Chandra Teli, Chief General Manager (HR), on 23rd November 2025, along with the inspiring presence of several senior executives who will share their wisdom and experience.

This meticulously designed program covers the complete promotion syllabus and will be conducted on 23rd November (Sunday) and 30th November (Sunday). A mock test will follow on 5th December 2025—a historic first by any trade union for officers aspiring for promotion.

Both the training sessions and the mock test are being conducted in collaboration with the Institute of Banking Studies (IBS).

📌Participants will receive 12 hours of high-quality training from four distinguished faculties renowned for training bankers across the country.
