Dear Comrades / Officers,
As informed earlier, the Transfer Request Module in Union Parivar has been opened for submission of fresh transfer requests for FY 2026-27.
Important – Fresh Application Mandatory
All officers who are desirous of seeking transfer must apply afresh during this exercise. All previous applications submitted earlier stand void and will not be considered.
The module is available from 20.03.2026 to 30.03.2026 in Union Parivar (Desktop & Mobile App).
Biodata Verification (Must Read Carefully)
All officers are strongly advised to verify and update their Biodata in Union Parivar before applying.
Particular attention must be given to the following fields:
• Disability details
• Dependent details
• Marriage details
• Spouse details (including “Spouse in same Bank” / outside employment)
• Parent’s names in family details
👉 This is a critical step. The transfer module automatically fetches these details from Biodata.
👉 Any incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information in Biodata may lead to rejection or improper consideration of the transfer request.
Grounds & Special Clarification (Spouse / Priority Grounds)
Officers applying under the following priority grounds:
• Medical Ground (Self / Family)
• Death of Spouse within one year
• Retirement of self within one year
• Joining Spouse
can opt for:
• One preferred Zone
• One preferred Region under that Zone
👉 This includes officers whose spouse is working in:
• Central Government
• State Government
• Public Sector Banks (PSBs)
‼️Important Clarification:
Male officers are also eligible to apply under the “Joining Spouse” ground.
Officers must ensure correct selection of ground and proper supporting documents.
📌 Key Information for Applying
1. Apply only through Union Parivar Transfer Request Module.
No offline or alternate mode will be accepted.
2. Select correct transfer type and ground carefully.
Wrong selection may lead to rejection.
3. Fill preferences strictly as per permitted limits. Do not exceed or wrongly choose zones/regions.
4. Upload all required supporting documents (latest & valid). Incomplete or incorrect documentation is a major reason for rejection.
5. Spouse ground applicants must ensure spouse details are updated in Biodata.
6. Medical ground applicants must mandatorily fill the Health Declaration Page.
7. Provide clear and proper narration of reason for transfer.
8. Final Submission is Mandatory – Saving the application is NOT enough
Applications kept in “Saved” status will NOT be considered.
9. Track application status regularly. If the application is pushed back, re-submit within time after rectification.
10. Ensure genuineness of documents. Any discrepancy may attract disciplinary action.
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Common Mistakes to Avoid
• Not applying afresh assuming old request is valid
• Not updating Biodata before applying
• Wrong selection of transfer ground
• Incorrect preference filling
• Not uploading required documents
• Not filling Health Declaration (Medical cases)
• No or weak narration
• Keeping application only in saved status
• Not checking for pushback/resubmission
All officers are therefore advised to apply carefully, completely, and within the stipulated timeline, ensuring that no procedural lapse affects their eligibility.
