We are very happy to inform you that the issue faced by officers who were unable to apply due to non-completion of three years in a zone—arising from the reorganisation and remapping of regions to different zones—has now been resolved.

We had taken up this matter with CO HR, representing the concerns of the affected officers, and we are pleased to share that the issue has been addressed positively.

Accordingly, officers impacted by such changes can now submit their applications through the Union Parivar Request Portal without any restrictions.

For example, an officer who originally joined Region “A” under the Bangalore Zone but was later mapped to the Mangalore Zone due to reorganisation will now be eligible to apply, as the system error has been rectified.

If any officer still faces any difficulty while applying, they are requested to get in touch.
