As part of the organisational action call given by UFBU demanding Five-Day Banking, an evening demonstration was held today (5.00 PM to 7.00 PM) in front of the GPO, MG Road, Thiruvananthapuram.

Hundreds of officers and employees representing various affiliated organisations participated in the dharna, reaffirming unity and determination for the long-pending demand.

Com. Sreenath Induchoodan, State Secretary (AIBOC) representing the AIBOC State Committee, addressed the gathering.

The dharna was also attended by Com. Biju T, President AIBOC; Com. Unnikrishnan VS, Sr. Vice President; Com. Manoharan, Sr. Vice President; and Com. Pratheesh, District Secretary, along with several other comrades.
